We are looking for a highly motivated, switched-on Director of Operations to join
arguably the most innovative and entrepreneurial companies in the gaming sector

As part of the senior management team you will have input into all aspects of
running this profitable and successful growing business

The Role:

As Director of Operations you will organize and oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that the business is well coordinated and productive by managing procedures and people. You will be expected to take a leadership role within the organisation, ensuring that all operation functions are managed efficiently, effectively and able to motivate a team

The area of responsibility includes Management of the sales, delivery and maintenance of all Solidicon products into via the key customers already acquired.Not to mention the requirement to help the business grow worldwide by attracting new and varied clients.

You will also manage new customer launches ensuring each new client is managed effectively through initial launch and ongoing operations

You will work closely with the technology development team, finance and trading teams, this is not a IT operations role but online gaming/platforms, IT operation knowledge is useful.

About you:

You will need to have been in a Senior Operations position within the gaming
industry, ideally sports betting, virtual games and casino

You’ll have in-depth knowledge of diverse business functions i.e. finance/supply
chain/customer service. You will have knowledge of sport betting/gaming legal
rules and guidelines

You’ll be highly organised and very commercial, able to review financial information
and input into operational budgets to promote profitability and able to evaluate
overall performance

delivering successful long-term projects in these markets.
