Your role as an HR intern 🚀

You’ll work with our Head of People & Culture to help build and refine the policies, materials, and processes that support our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a real impact while learning the ins and outs of HR in a fast-moving, creative industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create our staff handbook – Develop clear, easy-to-follow guides on our values, policies, and workplace standards.
• Support our work environment initiatives—Help keep our systematic work environment (SAM) and organizational/social work environment (OSA) initiatives up to date.
• Refine HR processes – Identify and improve key HR workflows to keep them fresh, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate & learn – Work closely with our Head of People & Culture on larger projects, gaining valuable real-world HR experience.
  
  You may also get the opportunity to assist with other HR-related tasks as they arise, depending on your interests and company needs. This is a great chance to explore different aspects of HR in a dynamic and growing gaming studio!
  

Who we’re looking for 👀

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Are currently studying HR at a YH or university and need an internship to gain practical experience. 
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. 
• Have an understanding of Svensk arbetslagstiftning (Swedish labor law).
• Love to learn and take initiative, diving into new challenges with curiosity.
• Are organized and detail-oriented, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Enjoy thinking creatively to solve problems and improve processes.
• Care about helping people thrive and want to make a real difference in the workplace.
